Despite the heat from the morning, 24 people participated. Two of them were first-timers (one was 18 years old!). There were a lot of iron frames this time, so it was fun. The handmade finish is beautiful.

The Hamabou flowers of Izumikawa River were in full bloom. Hamabou flowers are the flower of Itoshima City and are also featured on the sleeves of the team jerseys. They are a halophyte of the Malvaceae family and only bloom along salty seashores. There are rarely any cars on this narrow road, so you can leisurely enjoy the scenery and flowers.
A pleasant rice paddy road from Nijo Tanaka to Fukae. The rice plants have already started to grow in the fields after planting. This road is also great for cycling.
This is the road that the main character took to school in the NHK morning drama "Omusubi."
After having a cold drink at the 7-Eleven in Fukae, we started the steep climb from Chinkaiseki Hachimangu Shrine. I was dripping with sweat.
The Kamo River in Sanami was just the right temperature. We all had a great time, frolicking like kids again.
After cooling down, we ride to Gallery Fugaku to break the ice even more. Today, the blueberry squash was popular. It's a lovely cafe that always welcomes us, noisy as we are.
On the way back, we all rode at our own pace on National Route 202. We had some troubles, such as a flat tire and stomach aches, but we made it safely back to the 7-Eleven in Kafuri.
This time we broke up at Seven. Thank you to everyone for your hard work in the heat. It's too hot in August so we won't be doing any rides, but we are planning a SUP experience. Look forward to it!
