『梅雨入り？』第154回定期走行会レポート／"Is the rainy season starting?" Report from the 154th regular riding meeting

九州北部に梅雨入りが発表されましたが、お天気に恵まれた1日でした。

The rainy season has been announced for northern Kyushu, but it was a beautiful day.

『島原半島一周ライド』レポート／Report on the "Shimabara Peninsula Loop Ride"

 5月のライドは4年ぶりの島原半島一周ライドを行いました。お天気にも恵まれて最高に気持ちの良いサイクリングを楽しみました。
For our May ride, We did a cycling trip around the Shimabara Peninsula for the first time in four years. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed a truly wonderful cycling experience.

『サクラサク！／Cherry blossoms!』第152回定期走行会レポート／The 152nd ride meeting report

恒例の糸島お花見ライド。桜はちょうど見頃でお天気にも恵まれ、気持ちの良いライドを楽しみました。
The annual Itoshima cherry blossom viewing ride was a great success. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom, the weather was perfect, and we enjoyed a very pleasant ride.

『レン君お帰り！』第151回定期走行会レポート／"Welcome back, Ren!" 151st Ride Report

 3月になったのに風は冷たく寒い一日でした。冷え込んだ朝の驚きは、関東の大学に進学したレン君が登場したこと。春休みの帰省に合わせ、ガンバリアントのためにわざわざバイクを持って帰ってくれたそうです。嬉しいですね！

It was a chilly day, even though it was March. The surprise on this chilly morning was the arrival of Ren, who is attending a university in the Kanto region. He had apparently taken the trouble to bring his bike back with him just for Gamrilliant when he returned home for spring break. We're so happy!

寒さにめげず参加者は18人も！初参加の方も4名来ていただきました。

Despite the cold weather, 18 people participated! Four were first-time participants. 

カバぶどうサイクルのご夫婦はYouTubuチャンネルをされているので、いつか今回のライドの様子がアップされるかも!?
The couple from Kababudo Cycle have a YouTube channel, so maybe they'll upload footage of this ride someday!?

ウォーミングアップは九州大学へのヒルクライム。みなさんスイスイ登っていきます。ようやく体が暖まってきました。
The warm-up was a hill climb to Kyushu University. Everyone climbed smoothly. Finally, our bodies were warming up.

今津のセブンでひとやすみ。我がクラブはライドの時間より交流の時間の方が多めですw

Taking a break at the 7-Eleven in Imazu. Our club spends more time socializing than riding.

二見ヶ浦まではフリー走行。冷たい向かい風の中を元気にライド。そしてまたチャットの時間。自転車は初めての方との距離をたちまち近づけてくれます。

We rode freely to Futamigaura. We rode energetically in the cold headwind. And then we had time to chat again. Cycling quickly brings us closer to those who are riding for the first time.

次は久しぶりの彦山ヒルクライム。今回みなさん先に登っていったので写真は撮れず〜。下ってからTHALIA COFFEEで楽しいカフェブレイク。日も射して暖かくなってきました。

Next up was the Mt. Hiko Hill Climb, which we hadn't done in a while. This time everyone else had already climbed ahead of me, so I couldn't take any photos. After descending, We had a fun coffee break at THALI A COFFEE. The sun was shining and it was getting warmer.

次は芥屋大門公園まで7.1kmをライド。風の冷たさや、海と空の青さ、波の音など、四季の自然を丸ごと体感できるのが自転車の良さですね。

Next, we rode 7.1km to Keya Ohto Park. The coolness of the wind, the blue of the sea and sky, the sound of the waves - the beauty of cycling is that you can experience the four seasons in their entirety.

帰路は車の少ない道を選びながらのんびりライド。飛ばすパートとのんびりパートのメリハリあるのがガンバリアントライドの特徴です。初参加の方にも楽しかったとおっしゃっていただき、嬉しい限りでした！

On the way back, we took a leisurely ride, choosing roads with less traffic. The distinctive feature of the Gambarian Ride is the contrast between fast and leisurely sections. Everyone, including first-time participants, said they had a great time, which made us very happy!

今回も無事に終えることができました。次回のライドは4月4日(土)、恒例の桜めぐりライドの予定です。皆様のご参加お待ちしております。

We were able to complete the ride safely this time as well. The next ride is scheduled for Saturday, April 4th, as our annual cherry blossom viewing ride. We look forward to your participation.

「早春」第150回定期走行会レポート／"Early Spring" 150th Ride Meeting Report

 2月の走行会は1週め悪天候だったため2週目の14日に開催しました。曇って肌寒い一日でしたが、咲き始めた梅の花に春の気配を感じることができました。
The February ride meeting was held on the 14th of the second week due to bad weather during the first week. It was a cloudy and chilly day, but the plum blossoms that had begun to bloom gave a hint of spring.

 11月の走行会は1日土曜に行いました。強い風が吹く日でしたがみなさん元気にライドを楽しまれたようです。（高田は欠席したのでテキトーにレポートを書きます）

The November riding event was held on Saturday the 1st. It was a windy day, but everyone seemed to enjoy the ride. (Takata was absent, so I wrote a careless report.)

 9月というのに暑い日が続いてますね。今回は涼しさを求めて白糸の滝まで登りました。

Even though it's September, the hot days continue. This time, we went up to Shiraito Falls to cool down.

 今日の糸島の最高気温は35℃でした。こんなに暑い日は水遊びがサイコーです。
The highest temperature in Itoshima today was 35°C. On such a hot day, playing in the water is the best.

『歴史探訪ライド』第144回定期走行会リポート／"Histrical Ride": 144th Ride Meeting Report

6月の走行会はいつもとは趣向を変えて、糸島の歴史を物語る史跡や場所をのんびり訪ねがら走りました。

The June ride meeting was a change of pace from usual, with a leisurely ride visiting historical sites and places that tell the story of Itoshima's history.

5月の走行会は連休後半初日に開催しました 。写真は東京からのゲスト・ワタナベさん。糸島の景色と空気を楽しんでいただけたようです。

The May ride was held on the first day of the second half of the holidays. The photo shows our guest, Watanabe-san, from Tokyo. He seemed to enjoy the scenery and the air of Itoshima.

 ずっと寒い日が続いていましたが、この日の糸島市の気温は23℃まで上昇。お天気も良く絶好のサイクリング日和になりました。
It had been cold for a while, but the temperature in Itoshima City rose to 23°C on this day. The weather was good, making it a perfect day for cycling.

『青空』第140回定期走行会レポート／"Blue sky" The 140th ride meeting report

土曜日が雨だったので今回は建国記念日（初代神武天皇が即位した日だそうな）の2/11に開催しました。糸島の朝の気温は0℃でしたがお天気は快晴。風も無くて良いライド日和になりました。
Since it rained on Saturday, this time we held the event on February 11th, which is National Foundation Day (the day when the first Emperor Jimmu ascended to the throne). The morning temperature in Itoshima was 0℃, but the weather was clear. There was no wind, so it was a good day for a ride.

We wish you a happy New Year. We held New Year's visits to three shinto shrine ride on January 4th.

『走り納めと忘年会』第138回定期走行会レポート／”Year end ride and party” The 138th Ride meeting report

 今年最後の走行会と、カキ小屋での忘年会を行いました。ライドの目的地は恒例の二丈長石の大イチョウ。ちょうど見頃を迎えていたので、冬の冷えた空気の中、大樹の迫力を堪能することができました。
We performed the last ride meeting and the year-end party in the oyster cabin this year.The destination of the ride is a tree of big ginkgo of Nagaishi. As we just reached in full bloom, in cool air of winter, We were able to enjoy force of big tree.

『秋の耶馬渓ライド』第137回走行会レポート／"Autumn special ride at Yabakei"

11月の定期走行会は糸島を離れて、大分県の「メイプル耶馬サイクリングロード」まで足を伸ばしました。
As for the ride meeting of November, we did ride at "Maple Yaba cycling road" of Oita.

"Newcomers"第136回定期走行会レポート／"Newcomers" The 136th ride meeting report

 今回は初参加の方が5人も！3人がティーンエイジャーで2人はフィフティーンエイジャー（笑）幅広い世代が一緒に楽しめるのもサイクリングの良さですね。

Five first participants came this time! Three people were teens, and two people were fifteens (laugh). It is a good point of the cycling that can enjoy a wide generation together.

『秋の気配』第135回定期走行会レポート／"Signs of autumn" The 135th ride meeting report

 少しだけ暑さが和らぎ、朝夕は涼しい風が吹き始めました。糸島では稲穂が黄金色に変わり始めています。

Heat softened only a little, and cool wind has begun to blow in morning and evening. An ear of rice begins to turn into gold in Itoshima.
